At what size is a level tank paramount?

This is just out of pure curiosity, but I am wondering at what point should a tank be perfectly level? When I say at what point I mean how many gallons or how long of a tank does it need to be, to be on a perfectly level surface? With something like a 10g cube I feel there is a lot of wiggle room when it comes to being on a surface that is level. While a 55g long you would be insane to have it not be level. I know that the majority answer will be that all tanks need to be perfectly level but there has to be a tank size where the importance becomes much higher than a tank slightly smaller.
Sorry if this is confusing this is 1 am pillow thoughts.

I wouldn’t say that the tank has to be perfectly level but try to get it as close as possible

Back when I was younger and stupider I ran my 46 gallon bowfront with a pretty bad tilt to the left, maybe an inch from side to side. Had it set up that way for 3 years before I finally tore down the tank to go from fresh to salt, no harm done in my case, it’s still running fine.

I think it greatly depends on the overall height of the aquarium and whether or not its rimless. Obviously the taller the tank is the more outward pressure the water puts on the glass and seams. Not being level can greatly exacerbate the pressure problem vs a shallower tank. But to say theres a definite size or set of dimensions where it becomes a Non-issue is something I'm not going to attempt to do lol I probably wouldn't sweat a Nuvo 10-30 being out of level but something in the 75Gallon+ range I would.

BTW very interesting question and I'll be tagging along to see what others say.

Leveling is crucial to bigger reefs for weight distribution, considering a gallon of sea water can weigh in excess of 7 lbs the last thing you need is to be worried about risking your stock and equipment to a fault on a piece of furniture or a weak glass seal that could't hold it.

Paramount is to take care of this details no matter the size of the reef :)
