I have a 75 Gallon rimmed tank that I've discovered is about 1/4th inch off level from the front to back. (measured the difference in space between waterline to rim). When I use my bubble level, the bubble does not touch the guide line, but is a little too close for my own sanity. Is this an acceptable amount of "off level" or would it be better to shim it? The tank is stocked, so I just wanted to get some other thoughts before I drained the tank 90% or more. Thanks in advance!

It’s fine as long as it’s flat on the stand and there’s no gap between the stand and tank.

This is the front left corner - I can slide about about a 3 pieces worth of paper in this gap. It only goes about this far in as well. I also have a gap on the right side that I can slide a piece of paper cleanly in up to the corners.

I wouldn’t sweat it… I don’t think those rimmed tanks are perfectly flat to be honest.. my 3x8 frag tank is like that and I had to shim it all over the place..

Another vote for I think you’ll be okay. My tanks is slightly off and I spent so much time leveling it and it’s 3 years in now
