ATI fixture not turning on

Just changed my t5's on my 8 bulb ATI fixture, and only 4 bulbs turn on. It was fine yesterday, and I checked if the bulbs were bad by moving them to different sockets, and it seems the from front to back 3,6,7,8 bulbs don't work. Fixture is 2 years old, and in good condition.

With the non-working location bulbs removed, try using a mirror and a flashlight to look for corrosion/discoloration inside the end caps at the contacts.

3 and 6 are the same ballast, you should also check the connection to the current, 7 and 8 would be bad placement of the tube
