ATI Sunpower fixture

So I have an ATI sunpower fixture that is less than a year old, for some reason I occasionally I get a buzzing noise coming from the fixture. All the bulbs are new (it was doing it before i swapped the bulbs out and still doing it with the new ones just to let you guys know so we can eliminate the bulbs being the issue) I keep the cooling fans on almost full blast, so i dont think its a heat issue. I am wondering if anyone has had this issue with an ATI fixture or can give me a reason why this is happening. Starting to think theres an issue with the electrical in my house. Oh yeah almost forgot I have already had the fixture replaced with a new one a few months back because that one was doing the same thing but a lot worse.

do u think it could be from the pumps in your tank try to unplug your power heads one at a time and see if that does anything, then try you return pump.

never heard of this before. why would the pumps have anything to do with this?

set the transformer for the fans one setting lower than its at now.the paperwork tells you one setting but when mine was rattling,i called and their customer service told me to lower it by one and it never rattled again.sorry,i cant remember what setting and im not by the fixture to look at it but its one lower than the paperwork recommended.it still cools the fixture just fine but doesnt push the fans as hard.

ballast are known to hum when they start going bad.

Its not the fans, I already checked that, I turned the fans off and still had the noise.
