My test results showed 2.38 µg/l copper in the RO but none in the tank. A similar result for zinc.

Is this something I should be concerned about?

The only recommendation was to reduce pressure in the RO unit or renew media. It shows zero TDS.

If those values are not elevated in the aquarium then I wouldn't worry about it. Both are needed trace elements. :)
