I am running the ATK Version 2 in stand alone mode. It has been running for 2 months now, but every few days I notice my sump is a little low. When I check the ATK module the red light is on. If I unplug it for a few seconds then plug it back in, the blue light comes on and it works like it should for a few days. Then a few days past and I notice the red light and my sump is alittle low again. Any one know what’s going on with the thing?

From Neptune Apex:

This can occur for several reasons. The main reason:

If your ATK has filled within the last hour, then it will not operate again for another hour. The ATK is designed to only fill once an hour. If you remove the power to your FMM, then re-apply it the PMUP should begin operation immediately.
