ATK Not Working... Never Before Seen Error Message

How do I change my FMM ports from manual to auto-detect? Has anyone else seen this issue? The APEX controller I have displays that my ATO is set to AUTO. The ATO needs to be back to auto-detect so that I can configure the ATO.

I think that is a generic message they show to everyone. Mine showed it. I just hit next and it works fine

When you go into the module through the module screen. Are yours set to auto detect like the picture? Also can you post your programming for the ATK

Yes I am set to auto detect... I reset the ATO, and switched my on off switches, I still get the error message, but to my knowledge it works for now thank you so much.

Look at the programming under your EmailAlm output to see if that line exists. If it does, then delete it, save the changes, then re-run the ATK Setup task.

As for the FMM optical settings, it’s best to have each port set to Auto Detect because this will help determine if the sensors are plugged in all the way or if a sensor is failing.
