Can anyone tell me what this means and how to get rid of it?

I just moved my tank from college back home for summer break.

The apex is an a3 junior. Modules include trident ACM, original Dōs, MXM (with AI hydra, 2x nero 3, and 1x axis 40), EB832, and the built-in FMM. There is a duplicate MXM module (MXM_6) on the list of modules but nothing happens when I click it, video attached. I'm guessing that's the source of the error. I can't even configure or delete the duplicate MXM so I have no idea how to get rid of the error.

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

Just noticed the ghost module doesn't appear when I connect to the apex directly via the IP address.

Click that icon at the top left that looks like a module box. Should show you the status of each module and should have a green check box next to each. If they are all green reboot the main apex.

Weird. I would reboot the whole unit. Should be seeing something like

I just restarted it. It doesn't appear to have worked. Still the same empty page. Everything looks normal when I connect directly to the IP address.
