No problems with the update here.

However, as a relatively new Apex user, it would have been nice to get a heads up that all of the equipment would be shut off during the update process.

I would have assumed the outlets would go into their fallback state but no, I just watched my entire tank shut off while the update bar progressed.

That was anxiety inducing to say the least. A heads up about losing all functionality for my entire tank for a period of time from Neptune would have been nice. lol
That's strange, mine didn't do that.
Maybe it’s because all my pumps (except skimmer) are connected through an mxm and skimmer is programmed to be off if main pump is off. my lights are controlled through a VDM. So maybe it’s a per module thing?

Could be, I had that happen the first MXM update, but it didn't occur this time. I was also upgrading from the previous pulled update so maybe that had something to do with it. 😆

First time posting here. Just curious if anyone else had luck with the Trident NP after this update? Im currently awaiting a third unit under warranty as I have yet to get one give me a Phosphate reading that was close to what it should be. After calibrating, it consistently displays the same number or one close to it, with Hanna moving as expected up or down. Looking forward to this update if so.

Yea, I had that issue recently and wasted a month of reagents, just for them to say working as expected after they reset and recalibrated it multiple times (before this update) and close the ticket. I just reopened it as I was waiting on reagents the unit had no bottles in it but was testing and giving "results" (this current update)

I can't report any changes by the recent AOS and NP firmware update but can say that I have not run into any issues. Prior to and after my NP is working as expected. After the recent update I had to replace my reagents. I wanted for 3 tests to complete then ran the calibration task using their standard. Didn't notice anything different.

Prior calibration was using the average of 4 manual tests.

I ended up updating and have had no issues so far.

I have yet to recalibrate but im gonna make an assumption its still not going to work for a year or 2

Welp, the update did no good. I’m getting the exact same po4 reading three days in a row now, including the morning after a heavy coral feeding. Exact same thing it did before, and the unit before this one. Third warranty NP showed up today but I’m not going to bother with it, I will stick to Hanna.
