@SuncrestReef ,
I am wondering if you can assist. I have been running my pmup without issue until recently. It is hooked up through the FMM and has the same code as I have seen you post before that you get through the tasks setup. The slider has been on Auto since I set it up and last week it started going to off on its own showing an error alarm. When I checked the logs it did show a few times that is ran for 5 min, so the shut off there does make sense, however, now the pump seems to be malfunctioning. So the pmup will turn on but only for like a couple seconds and then stop. I tried it with the included power supply brick that comes with it and that created the same issue. I unplugged sensor one and switched it with sensor 2 to see if that was the issue, but it was doing the same thing. I am lost and don't think I have seen this exact issue while researching. The pump also seems weak. I pulled it out to make sure that the impeller wasn't stuck, it wasn't stuck. It just turns on for that couple of seconds and then stops. I scrubbed the sensors, etc.

Video attached. Thanks.

What happens when you manually turn it on? Does it stay running? Did you try running it without the floater maybe there is a restriction there.
I am having a similar issue but I believe it is my FMM. Because it sometimes does not turn off in time and puts about a 1/2 gallon in the back of my AIO.

So the video was me turning the the slider form off to on. It only does on for that short time. I am stumped.

I would then try to pull the RO tubing out of the pump and use a new piece of tube and go directly into your sump. Just to see if there was a restriction. I am not saying it is not the pump. I had one that would work intermittently about a month ago that had to be replaced. BTW if your pump is less than a year old Neptune will replace it.

I did do that last night. I took the holder apart and there was a small piece of plastic stuck in the tiny hole that goes to the float. Cleaned it, etc, so far so good.

I got frustrated with the first version of the ATK and just swapped for a gravity fed ATO. Honestly, save yourself the headache and just buy the new Tunze ATO. I know this doesn't help your current situation, but from my experience, I would leave this thing behind and move on to something more reliable.

I had the first version as well and it was great and lasted for years. Thanks for your opinion, its nice to have other ideas.

If it doesn't run set to on than 9/10 times the pump is done. My first one made it just a year so now I keep a replacement on the shelf. Only reason I didn't switch to Tunze is I like seeing it in Fusion and get alerts when I travel.
