Hey there!

These went pretty quick when they first hit the shelves. I don't have an exact date when we can expect more, but I did talk to Neptune while at RAP NY and they told me that they were busy making more and would be shipping some out as soon as they can. It looks like we are scheduled to get some ATKs in the next couple of weeks, so fingers crossed that Neptune can get them built and shipped out! :)

Randy have a problem with my atk wonder if you can help out.. Ok in fusion you can see my low water switch open asking for water but the ffm wont active now I also have it on the 1link so the sensor will open the ffm wont send signal to the 1link witch means the pump won't work any idea what's going on their?

Hey there!

Off the top of my head, I'm not 100% sure what may be causing the connection issue. Possibly one or more of the modules need a firmware update? (FMM and 1Link).

I think this is the perfect question to throw into the Neptune Forum or on their own Neptune Community Forum on their site. I bet you'll get a much more informed and quick answer than what I can offer.
