New to Apex. Just set up my Apex and added a ATK. Stupid question, how do I know if it's working? I set it up last night and I marked the water level in the reservoir After approx 24 hours the water level is unchanged.

How large is your DT? Do you have a sump? Has the water level in either the DT or the sump changed? What is your normal 24 hr water loss due to evaporation? Also, please share the ATK coding.

On your fusion, the lower switch should show "Closed" when the water level is correct. It will add water when that reads open.

Want to test it? Take a cup or two of water out of the tank, see if it tops off :)

My DT is 115g and I have a sump, have no idea what ATK coding is. Also I don't know how to close switch. Return pump is not sending micro bubbles, maybe ATO just hasn't been needed yet.

Are you using the ATK as a stand-alone or in conjunction with a Neptune apex controller?

I'm using it with the Apex. I just set it up Thursday and added the ATK on Friday .

You can always check your logs, and or switch the atk outlet to on and see water flowing through it. As long as your low sensor is wet (Closed Orange) and high sensor is dry (Open) you should be good.

Since you are using with the controller, I ask what coding you used to program the ATK. If you went with the given program then it should work.
