Had the pump on my 3152 die and called Tunze and the next day got a call back and they helped me confirm that the pump went bad and after sending a quick e mail with the receipt (over a year ago) they are sending me a replacement tomorrow! What awesome Customer Service!! Thanks Tunze I was blown away that I got a call back so fast let alone you guys got my problem taken care of and replaced so fast! Life long customer right here guys everyone else take note!
