ATO pump working more after tank upgrade.

I think the logic stands that going from 110gallons to 220 probably means more evaporation, and therefore the ATO working harder, but I wasn't expecting this.... so I'm just asking if people think this is normal.... Thanks!

So going back to this, the ATO pump comes on about every 3-5 minutes. Its insane, to me.
Is it the 3152 or 3155? I have the 3152 and I've had problems with my ATO running frequently when the sensor was in a spot where the water volume fluctuated slightly... maybe fiddle with the sensor placement.

And make sure the sensor is clean/free of any brittle stars, etc.

I know that one has 2 sensors so maybe there's a way to adjust them...?

Another thing you could do is put the pump on a timer so it only fills at specified times.

ooh, its connected to an apex, i can definitely add some timing elements to have it only on maybe 8x a day or something. Thanks for the idea!
