ATO setup, and how to get it cheap?

Hey guys; i just got my wisdom teeth out, and need to buy a cheap auto top off system asap, and everything i need to get so it will run. Could someone provide me with a list of stuff to buy, and thats under $60? Id be grateful!!!

You can add a cheap extension cord to the mix as well from dollar general or the like. It'll keep you from having to cut the aqualifter cord in half to splice for the relay.
