What Ato do yall recommend for a 30 gal with no sump

Tunze Osmolator gets my 100% recommendation. I have one for my tank and never once had any issues with it

I use a kamoer ATO on my 32 gallon. I have 2 of them, one is 5 years old and the other is 2 years old, both perfect performance and never any problem.

do you use this
Second or third for Tunze Nano ATO just when setting it up make sure you hear a click when plugging in the headphone connector to the pump lol.

It is a beast of a unit and is very quiet as well.

Hey folks, I was about to buy the Tunze Osmolator 3 Nano ATO per suggestions on this and other posts, but need to double-check one detail. I don't have a sump, I'm using a canister on my 55 gal tank (I have space limitations). I manually maintain the water level so it's just touching the bottom of the black rim of my tank. Will the Nano ATO sensor work to maintain this level? From pics, I'm thinking the sensor can only be mounted to the glass such that the water level will be maybe an inch below the rim edge...

Tunze has come up with a magnet the gets you closer to the black rim, but no, it will not make the waterline go away. I too have a rimmed tank and my waterline sits about 3/8” below the bottom of the rim.

+1
Exactly the same for me and it was inexpensive!

New ones have two infra red sensors instead of one infra red and one float.

Nice product
