Being a huge fan of the Monterey bay aquarium this is super cool

Then I'd recommend you running to your local dive shop and get certified!

J/K (ok, no, I'm not - go get certified!!!!)! Several dive locations in Monterey are arguably in the top 10 dive sites in the world. I'll go so far to say here and now that Point Lobos is in the top 10 with Montesary Beach being in the top 5 if not "THE" best dive site in the world if Mother Nature graces you with a dive opportunity that is. It is aptly named due to the difficulty of access via the beach. Boat dives there are not a issue but how the beach and entry and exit are many a diver every year sadly dies. But...talking about kelp forests 90 to 115' deep here and it is surreal as you are diving and then flipping over to see the kelp reaching the surface and schools of fish moving between.

OP - looks nice. I was able to do this years ago when some live rock I received from Fiji came with Sargassum algae. It grows in long stalks reaching the surface similar to kelp. Not has pretty as your display but on a 30" tall tank it is impressive to say the least. Keep up what you are doing - looks really nice.

When can we buy this?

I believe a simple diy could do, or you could order from the same chap that did mine [emoji6]

Interesting are you planning on covering the plastic at the top and the bottom?

In time am hoping that the algae covers it as it grows, more the top I kinda Like to see the bottom part
