the only thing I could think is to take casing apart and hope that pieces are coated within.
Personally IMO maintaining the integrity of the alarm is important.
Somehow move the min line to same height as the max.
Possibly cut open below the max sensor with blade? scary ha ha

You said you are going to remove the min sensor but is that not what kicks on the ATO

Yes the water level has to fall BELOW the minimum sensor before the unit turns on the pump. Then once the water hits the max sensor the pump shuts off. That's why in my head it makes sense that is the minimum sensor never has a reading then you would think the system would kick on the pump until the max sensor is hit. But I won't know for sure until I try lol. My weekend project. If it works I'll be sure to post it. It would be a great hack for anyone running this unit.

The low starts the pump and the max breaks the the contact to drop out the pump. You are going to need that low switch. That's why I was thinking you use the alarm as you new max and do away with your alarm.

But switching the alarm and max does what? They are all the same distance from each other. And the alarm sensor be activated will just sound the alarm...

You said you needed a inch. The low switch and the alarm switch are about a inch from each other. If it can be done you pull off the alarm lead and put it where the max lead is.

I was thinking taking casing off then use heat shrink and put the min and max same level.

You think there is a little board in there or just cables with 3 sensors

You are going to need to trick the controller. The switches reset each other in the controller. If one does not break each other it will not work but if you delete the alarm you can use that as a switch.

You need to do all this in the big box with the plugs on it. There is no way to do it on the sensor end.

I'm also betting that low is a normally closed switch and the max and alarm are normally open switches. The low switch has to open to start the sequence.
