In an unlikely event of a DOA, the policy is below; I will try to work with everyone if this does happen and make sure you're happy with your purchase.
Picture of dead coral in sealed shipping bag due within 2 hour of first delivery attempt via Fedex Priority Overnight. Buyer is responsible for replacement shipping costs. Not responsible for any carrier shipping delays. Any violation of this policy will result in no replacement coral. By purchasing the coral you are agreeing to the terms of this DOA Policy. All sales final.
