What are your opinions on auto feeders for your reef tank?

Ive been thinking about doing this Mike but just haven't figured how. I know I can just throw flake food in a regular feeder and say ok DONE, but id like to also feed my corals. I though maybe I could use a BRS doser to maybe dose the tank food with a timer.

Just saw the video from brs with hooking up the feeder to the Apex. I have mixed feelings on this. I guess if you are away from your home and can't feed this would be great. But I will stick to my manual feeding.

Yea this is why I haven't done it yet. Im spastic with how I feed and if something happened and I flooded the tank with food id probably would MELT lol.

+1 sir on that.

I have the new apex auto feeder and I love It for feeding your fish pellets and It will slow down or turn off your pumps etc depends on how you have It programmed. I also feed homemade frozen food where I feed manually.
