Auto Top Off

i was thinking about purchasing a JBJ auto Top off. I seen the controller on amazon but not too sure if there are any additional parts i need to buy. What do you use? thanks

Just go tunze tried and true.......I have never had a bad product from them.........

The JBJ ATO comes with the controller, two float switches, and the brackets to hold and suspend the float switches. You'll also need a water reservoir, tubing (1/4"), and a small pump. I use a Tom's Aqualifter, and it works just fine.

I actually just got this controller. Bought the recommended pump and a reservoir from Wally World. Works perfect so far. Very happy.

what kind of reservoir do you use and what is a good pump? brand n model

The pump I got is an aqua lifter. Was about $18. The reservoir I picked up at Wally World is a BPA free, food grade storage bin. Holds about 8 gal for $10.

ohh cool. Whats that white canister to the right? that the pump is connected to?

That is a pre filter suggested by the pump manufacturer. $5

Been using this exact same set up for 2yrs. Never an issue! Great unit!!

Tunze is also a great way to go. Little pricey but well worth it.
