Autoaqua Micro ATO = poor warranty what to buy next??

Good to hear Jeff is taking care of you all.

I've had my AutoAqua Micro running for close to 1.5 years now without a single problem.

Hopefully you both have the same experience with your replacements...

Update on my issues: Jeff has definitely started to restore my confidence in the company. The dysfunctional ato parts are being shipped out today. The skimmer I own was actually out of warranty so that was my mistake and having a receipt would not have mattered at this point. I just wanted to publicly thank Jeff for treating me like a human being as opposed to how I was treated by the team through the ticketing system. Jeff is the only reason I may still consider buying from coralvue in the future

@Jeff@CoralVue took care of me as well!!! I got my replacement parts in the mail and it is running flawlessly once again! Jeff has retained a customer!
