I got another camera mount from avid aquaria and this one came with a yellow lens.

I installed it but the water looks like junk and the camera is actually blurry?

For reference my other one is perfect - is there a setting maybe I didn’t do right?

Camera is clean, lens is clean, and the filter is clean.

Are the settings the same on both of your cameras? Have you tried resetting the camera?

Yes to both - I ended up taking off the filter they provided and put my own filter on which has worked. I guess maybe the filter is bad quality that was provided

I use these on a number of tanks, best guess is that you didn't peal the protective film off both sides.

Regardless, I specifically designed it so you could do exactly what you did which is great! You should be able to use your own filter on these and many of us have extra filters laying around. Especially useful if you are going for a certain look.

I dont use the yellow/orange lens and mine looks just slightly blue.

Which Wyze cal do you use? I'd like a 4K one but there are too many versions!
Wyze V4 is by far the best version so far. Especially effective in low light on the tank... makes it look like daylight.
