please post tank size and difficulty of taking care of them also if there reef safe or not!

Looks like a Flame Angel. If I'm not mistaken I believe the published minimum tank size is around 70g. Very popular and considered reef safe with caution - meaning it may nip at corals in their case. You see a lot of them in reefs though.
