I ordered some B-ionic 2 part that arrived here in Ma. today(GO PATS)

I ordered 2 different sizes from brs, 1 set of pre mixed 160z 2 part and 1 set of 1 gallon 2 part concentrate. The 160z does not need to have water added, the gallon does.
Here is the puzzle...atleast for me.
the 160z which i would consider prediluted is free flowing liquid on both ca. And alk. The 1 gallon undiluted is free flowing liquid for ca. But the alk has a block of ice at the bottom?
Both alk containers warn they must stay stored above 60 degrees.

So is the frozen alk still good?

How can both alk vottles be the same if one is frozen and the other isnt especially if the frozen one needs water added?!?

It is fine. The gallon jugs are concentrated and the alkalinity mix can solidify. Mix with your RO water and shake well. Putting the jug in warm water will also help the Bionic to dissolve.

After letting it warm what I thought was a block of ice is just solidified product that was very cold. It really felt like a block of ice lol.
