Baby Bamboo Shark Sick?!?

Hey! so within the week the little shark has gone from bad to worse. Tube feeding was great to get nutrition in but this shark isn't looking too hot. I fear there nay be an internal disease or a birth defect. He now is very very pale and is breathing crazy rapid. all my water parameters are good, I have an air stone for oxygen, and the little Fiji puffer is completely fine no signs of issues at all. I will attach a video of the shark's appearance. I fear she's on her last days. PLSSS any help would be severely appreciated.


Extra info:
1. Refused to eat after hatched over 3 weeks so had to result to tube feeding within this last week
2. seems to swim okay but is super pale and breathes super rapidly
3. she appears to "cough" now too
4. parameters are fine

I would take a water sample to an LFS and have them test water for you to verify your readings and to compare with yours
Increase air/oxygen if possible- airstone helps alot.
I would focus on salinity-ammonia- nitrate and ph

Salinity range 1.024-1.025
Temperature. 77-78
Ph 8.0-8.3

I work at a LFS so I used our Hanna checkers so Ik my readings are correct
 
I remember seeing in your other thread that it had a small cut. Is it possible that the cut has gotten infected?
