Baby nem chilling on snail

Anyone seen this behaviour before?

The nem has been on the snail for at least 4 or 5 days.

Im loving it

Well I can only wish you the best of luck that he doesn't walk around giving the kiss of death to your corals. If I was in your position I'd probably have a couple racks of RO ice cubes setting in the freezer but I also must admit it's a remarkably rare and cool thing to see!

Heh no worries. The reason I mentioned ice cubes is if you keep rubbing them on the foot of the nem, you should be able to get it to let go. Not sure if that might harm the snail after enough time though. Also could blast it with direct flow for a while. I'm not too experienced with nems personally so I'm sure some will be able to chime in with much better suggestions! :)

Wouldn't hurt to get some video of it cruising around the tank with the nem opened up on his shell though - your call!
