Baby shrimp? ID

These look like baby shrimp to me, I've got them all of my 40 breeder. They've been in my tank for around 2-3 weeks growing and hiding in the rocks. I haven't seen anything eating them but didn't think they would live this long. Any experience or suggestions?

I think they're pepermints. I got one about a month ago that was prego lol
