It's been 6 years since I've had a tank but... I decided to wake my whiskey room up a bit and pick up an Octo LUX T90 Aquarium & Stand. Went with a Reef Octopus 6" Classic 150INT protein skimmer in a Reef Octopus Octo Reef 30B sump, 2 AI Prime 16hd lights and a VorTech MP10mQD. I have a 4 stage rodi filter coming tomorrow with salt to get this show on the road! I say that to ask this. Anyone with experience with this equipment or similar have any tips or tricks for success? I have about 40 lbs of seeded live rock and sand to add and I'm considering doing a FOWLR (that's what I used to have. But I'm open to thoughts?. Thanks for any help. 20240219_150138.jpg 17083732235502383395463553637670.jpg

Cool build! My tip, which you probably already know, is to do things very slowly, and to have patience.

Are you going to cycle it, if so, how?

FOWLR, is cool, but having corals in it is even cooler, at least IMO. Corals take more work, so only get them if you are up for the challenge!
