Bad customer service

Any one have any dealings with Aquarium Depot. My order was short 3 items only got store credit for 2. Sent several Emails (no reply) Tried to call recording says all customer service agents are busy( Go figure) do not leave a message as this mailbox is not checked. Two of the three corals have yet to open,when I opened the shipping box smelled like dead bait?

They used to be Reefs2Go. Pretty bad reputation although some people have had good orders.

I think that is another one. They were Reefs2Go for quite a while and sent out emails that they were changing their name.

They ALMOST made me swear off ordering anything online. Had a horrible time with them trying to get the right corals-when they arrived they were mush. FINALLY got replacements and they died too. Wrote off the 100.00 and swore never to deal with them again. Good luck.

I have had good luck with LiveAquaria.com so far.
We need a list of good and bad online retailers ?

lots of great places to buy from right here on this forum and only maybe a couple terrible ones too but that can be weeded out pretty quickly by looking over several vendor reviews. don't lose faith just do your due diligence and ask around. there are some beautiful specimens and great folks on this site!

Live aquaria treated me great! Had a diamond goby that committed suicide by jumping out of a small hole in my cover...they reimbursed me! Never expected that at all.
