My dad and I where fishing on the local Nuclear cooling pond. We both screwed up. I was in charge of the trolling moter and he was taking care of the anchor. We had been fishing the same spot for alittle over a hour and decided to change location. We pull the pulls in and he takes off. After about 20seconds we realize there water coming over the bow of the boat. Then I notice the trolling moter is down in the water. He stopes I pull it up...the proppeller had spun off. =( We take off again. He notices that the boat is kind of going slower than it should. Looks behind us and notices a crazy extra wake. Then suddenly realized he never pulled up the anchor. That was a screwed up day. Lucky we did not snag anything with the anchor.
