Bad experience with BRS

Purchased a Zeovite starter kit from BRS and all the bottles arrived without date stickers on them. The bottle of zeobac had a foul smell to it and tests provided that my tank wasn't cycling as it should with active bacteria. I believe that the bacteria was dead and out of date. I purchased a competitive brand and after adding live bacteria my tank and it progressed with the results I expected.

No sticker on any of the bottles. I saw how they label those stickers on the bottles ....mine did not have them on. I have smelled bacteria before mine is skunked.

Tell me why the date stickers are off my bottles? That is my biggest issue with them.

Yes, we wouldn't want them to comment about shipping Zeovite bottles without their labels
