Hello. I Recently got a green hammer coral, but I accidentaly streesed him while fixing in the rock. He opens partially during the day, but seems very small (compared to original size) and changed the green color tone. Can it Recover? What should I do?

Looks slightly receded and often due to too much light intensity, too much flow, high phosphates or low salinity
