My shark has been eating for 2 weeks but now when I try to feed him, he will try to eat it but he can't. The food is smaller than his mouth. Is his size something I should be concerned about?

Sounds like your shark has gout. Sharks are susceptible to gout due to iodine deficiencies in the water. The low iodine causes glands in the throat to swell making eating difficult to impossible. Try dosing Lugols Iodine for a while and let us know how it fares.
