Barnacles

I received a frag on Wednesday that has barnacles in it. Do they spread to other sps?

Nope. I have not seen that happening, but then again I have tanks for only 2-3 years. Lets see what others say,

i had one for a while, 6months. it was pretty cool seeing it open up and let out its feed feathers. The tenius eventually encrusted over it and killed it.
