Its a 55 gallon tank and woke up this morning n it was so pale. It must of been caught since last night. My question is what is the best position for a powerhead. I had it halfway down my tank, was that too low? Should i put it all the way to the top instead or remove it all the way? Thanks!

Generally speaking, fish don't get caught on power heads. If a huge high flow power head has a very small, weak fish stuck to it that may be the exception.

Your fish was likely quite weak and Ill and you just found it dying on the ph.

Really... Hmm it was actually doing very well n was eating like a horse. I was really shocked when i see him cuz he was very very active. So you def. dnt think he got stuck on the pw? And the fish was really big which was another shock as to how it got caught ughh

No I would say it's very very very unlikely.
