Bathroom shower drain question?

So we remodeled our master bath, we removed our large tub and installed a large shower. We never had a drain problem with this set up. Until we had the concrete floor jackhammered and we had the drain moved to the middle of the shower ( Professional ) Since then about every 3 months or so the shower gets clogged with water, I have never been able to snake it so I get a plumber to do it. 3 months later clogged again.

So today I ran a hose and a rubber bib into the shower, started off slow no water backed up, it is sealed by the rubber, I turned the water on faster and I watched the water go down the pipe at the cleanout. 2 showers later it is clogged again.

Any ideas of what is going on? Thanks in advance

Do you have any pictures of the underground work during construction?

could be many things like concrete/debris stuck in the p trap, the slope of the pipes could be either too much or too little, the wrong type up fittings causing an obstruction, clogged vent pipe, not having a vent pipe etc.

Might be able to get a buy/ rent a borescope camera and run it down The drain to see what’s causing it.

It’s possible they added a trap when they moved it, and that’s getting clogged.

A trap hasn’t always been required, depending on where you are and how old the house is.

The house is 30 years old with a solid concrete foundation, single-story, I am thinking I need a camera. The old saying if you want to find the problem look where the last person worked.
