I had the best experience with Adam from @Battlecorals. Last September, I ordered a battlebox from him. It came and the corals looked amazing, with great colors and growth. Everything was packaged very well, with double bagged corals in little cups to protect them inside of molded foam insulated boxes covered in tons of tape. There were no signs of pests and all the corals I paid for were clearly established frags and not fresh cuts. He also threw in some really nice bonus frags. One was freshly glued to the plug and one didn't even have a frag plug, but they were freebies and still in great shape. The order also came with some awesome accessories, including my new favorite aquarium cleaning tool, the famous battle brush.

Unfortunately, Adam shipped my corals only a few hours before soon-to-be hurricane Helene popped up off the coast, and it hit me a few days later. We lost power for a while and had to evacuate. Before we even returned home from Helene, another storm formed off the coast named Milton hit a few days later, causing even more damage and knocking out the power for even longer. Needless to say, the acropora from the battle box died along with everything else in my tank. Despite it being an act of nature that he couldn't have prevented, Adam offered to send me a replacement order. He actually made the offer even before the storms actually hit, so it wasn't even just out of pity.

With all of my corals and fish dead, I had to restart my tank pretty much from scratch. Even after all these months, Adam still fulfilled his offer and sent me a new order. I only had to pay for shipping. I got my replacement order today. The new corals came in just as big and colorful as the first ones. I even got an extra freebie on top of the ones I paid for the first time, despite not paying for this replacement. I did notice two coral boring spinoid worms on one frag, but I already have those and they don't seem to bother my SPS very much and are pretty easy to just cover in glue.

I cannot emphasize enough how great of a guy Adam is. He is very quick to respond, and he's super accommodating. His corals are the absolute best. He really makes sure that every battle box is truly awesome, and I can promise that you won't be disappointed if you order from him. Honestly, with his insane generosity and tendency to put crazy corals in his battleboxes, I don't even know how he manages to make money. It felt like I was robbing the dude before he even offered me the free replacement. I'm definitely a customer for life, and I'll never send anyone anywhere else for quality SPS corals.

I attached a labeled picture of the corals I got today. This is after shipping and dipping so they aren't the happiest, but they still look amazing.
