Here's my February entry. Unfortunately, it is now harder to measure the frag the way I mounted it. No measurable vertical growth but is encrusting some.
My February Entry: Looking back it my first picture there appears to be about a 1/16 of an inch worth of growth on the main branch. The little branch on the left seems to have also gotten a little bigger and there has been some encrustment. In general my tank has had a rather hard month. At some point my DI resin exhausted and I think it was kicking out some pretty nasty stuff. Still working to get the tank back to where it was before. But some growth is better then no growth so I'll take that as a small win.
Ok so here's a March update. I got my frag halfway through Feb. I'll try to do 2 in March, one now and one at end of March. Has not grown much but is encrusting nicely
2.7 cm so not much vertical growth. Previous posts are

I moved it up in the tank off the frag rack and into the reef structure to get it into the higher par area. So, I’ve had it through some semblance of QT (no I didn’t go fill 72 days). Then it went into frag rack near bottom of tank. Just moved it to reef structure two days ago. As I was cutting the stem off the plug, I dropped it and broke off the arm which was showing the most growth. I just glued it on the base. %#?! ...
oh well. It is what it is. You see it.
Thicker darker more encrusting except where I glued the piece back on. Hopefully it continues to grow.
