I keep seeing occasional post about adding truelumen LED strips.....But I'm unsure if people are going to these instead of the stock setup or if they are adding them as additional lighting with the stock light

Could anyone shed some light on this pics if possible?

The stock light seems to be growing this zoa I picked up so that's a plus just curious if there is more I can do without changing the stock lights out

I use trulumen strips in my biocube 14, but it had compact fluorescents. I gutted the hood added a small cluster of 3w leds and 2 trulumen strips.
Looking at the new led ones you have I found "Adequate light for freshwater plants and soft corals. PAR=53 @ 12". Peak LUX=3430" so I would want a little more par than that. So Maybe people are trying to boost PAR.. Hopefully some one who has the new style biocube will chime in
