Beach or Freshwater Dip?

Hi, I have a 2 yr old 75g with 4 large rocks. 1 is completely covered in annoying Daisy Polyps. I've tried "burning" them with a lighter but it's almost as if they had "roots" that survived and regrew the polyps the month. I don't want this spreading to the other rocks.


1. Should I bleach the rock?


2. Can I just do a 60min freshwater dip and put right back in the tank without issue? (along with dead snails, copepods, worms etc.)

I'd bleach the rock. Then again, I've read somehwere about using Fluke Tabs for killing some of this stuff. Or Blue Cloves. Don't know how closely yours are related. But, its an idea.
