Bellus Angelfish Sex Change?

Hello,

Recently, I was able to grab a trio of Bellus angelfish from an exporter, I acclimated it and all 3 are in the QT and immediately took food (pellets, mysis shrimp). There is one of them that is larger than the other 2 and was wondering if it would be able to change into a male? Also, how long would the change occur? Although the males are not really better in coloration, but it would be awesome to see 2 females and 1 male swimming in the tank.
 
The larger one is likely to change to male, though not always. There are a lot of variables that go into the length of time sex change takes. it can be as short as a few weeks or may take months or years to initiate.
 
I have a pair that started as 2 females. One changed after a few months together....surprisingly it was the smaller that changed.

Eta: once the process started it went fairly quickly...just under 2 weeks I think. B
