Hello Folks,
I wish this was a build thread but I am already way beyond the start of this tank! Below the FTS and random coral pictures I have included a list with the equipment and livestock items and associated cost. Woooo that's fun...
Please ask me any questions or let me know if you want to see any livestock up close!
I will assign a value of $500 to the tank- I acquired it for free with the pumps and skimmers but ended up buying a peice of art and giving it to the individual who gave me the tank.
Radion Gen3 Pro-Used: 3x$400= $1200 (DIY Hanger System)
Ecotech MP40-Paid $300
Gen 1 MaxSpec Gyre that I have had in more than one tank- years old. Will assign a $150 value
Tunze Nano ATO: $110 (like this better than their other ATO system. Have it on my other tank)
Filter Socks: $100
Test Kits (I have 3 tanks): $400
Glass Cleaner: $65
Misc Stuff: $250
Not sure how to put a number on my RO/DI unit and all the filters, food, carbon and various other stuff I have collected for my tanks over the years. I will just say it's probably $1000 for this tank over the last 2 years.
Livestock: $3,920-$4,120
The child of this tank was a 40g cube that had some of this livestock in it. A good bit of the rock and a fair amount of corals. I will go ahead and take a stab at it all
Rock: Bought it all dry over the years. $300

CURRENT Fish (not counting my dead golden dwarf morray or the other various guys that didnt make it)

-Orange with green ring (amazing coral): $120

ZOANTHIDS: I have purchased 10 zoa frags that were anywhere from $10-$60 probably a $35 average: $350
