Benny or goby ID

Can anyone ID this fish, I believed it to he a rhino Benny but I am unsure

Yes, its a cliniid blenny, aka rhino blenny.

Not to sound irresponsible as I have read about these before , but I can't find any information now , are these carnivorous or herbivores and what food is best for them

Nevermind found some info , they're micro predators . So what frozen food would be best for them or will they mainly eat copepods and micro fauna ?

Copepods, microfauna, mysis. They are pretty adaptable.

Thank you for the help, seems to like brine shrimp so will try and get him on something more nutritious , quite shy still
