Tunze pumps are reliable, cheap and use very little energy. They are very quiet too.

Thanks everyone! Looks like Sicce got the majority vote for the ACs so I'll definitely look into those.

I've considered Jebao as well. Good to hear some of you have had them running for years but I've heard that others have not been as lucky. Sounds like they're hit or miss. Or is that mostly for earlier generations?

The fluvial SP series is pretty solid. I had the mid size one on a 150 and the pump wasn't half as loud as the returns lol

I have a 3yo Jebao DCP 4000 that has been running full time, first as a return, now as a UV supply. Might have been cleaned 2x.
