Best ATO for Sumpless Rimless tank

Ive searched online and still quite confused as what is the best for my situation.
I have a 20G rimless tank. in the picture, it is just shy of an inch from the top to the water level.
and i would like to keep my water level that way.
whats the best ATO without me needing to lower my water level or at least not so much.

I use a Smart ATO Micro with a water level at about .5" from the top, It's worked great so far.

I really like the smart ato. I can just move it with my hand to adjust. No need to mess with brackets that break like other ato.

Plus I've had past issues with float valves getting calcium buildup or a starfish that stops it from turning off :(
