I am having a hard time finding the exact dimensions of an already produced rimless tank that I want. I'm looking for about a 36" x 16" x 16" or a 36" x 24" x 16" tank. I want to do rimless and I'm happy to drill it myself. Any suggestions on how to go about finding a unicorn like this?

Check out SCA aquariums. While they don't offer something like that instock, they will most certainly create the tank your looking for. Steve is a great guy to work with, and most time goes above and beyond to help his customers. Check out their FB page is your on that platform.

I ended up finding the IM 30L EXT and it would be a perfect fit. Thanks though!

Check out Glass Cages! Affordable custom. Feel free to tell them I sent you. (Might get you a little off)
