Is this not the PC superman? I'm asking here, not accusing or anything. The superman tables out and has blue tips, very similar to this picture. Just curious.

That is what I thought as well but I have seen the PC Rainbow look much different!

With all the different lighting technologies and different ways to keep a reef, I have no doubt corals can look totally different sometimes in one tank to another. That's half the fun!

That's what the thread was started for, there are so many different variations of this coral out there I thought it would be cool to see them all.

Not to be rude, but I wonder how many of these are the real deal and straight from sonnyX of procorals. I tried to buy a frag from him years ago, but it was always sold out when I had the cash. No doubt one of my favorite corals and shows its true colors since it's been around soo long now.

Looks fantastic, what parameters do you keep it at? Has it been a finicky one for you or pretty easy?

Thanks, I wouldn't say it's finicky since it's alive. My finicky ones are dead [emoji854]. Although, it did show some white patches when my nitrates got really high (>20) a while ago. It recovered rather easily. I keep it about 10 inches off of the bottom of a 30 inch deep tank running LEDs. I keep my alk around 8.5, PO4 is usually around .02, NO3 between 0-5. I got this piece from Battlecorals a little over a year ago as a 1 inch frag. Good grower.

Wonderfully artistic picture there! Do you have a build thread? Tank looks amazing from that shot.

Thanks! I have a build thread from when I first fired up the 210, but haven't updated it for quite a while after a big recession event a couple years ago. Now that I'm happy with things I will be posting build thread 2.0 pretty soon.

Now that is a gorgeous pic! Nice job, love the mille's

Thanks!

Looks Awesome Scott I hope all is well? always love the colors under t5's

Tom

Thanks Tom, yep things are doing pretty well. I haven't said anything about it yet, but I have been nitrate dosing for a couple months after being frustrated with pale colors and a few corals just " giving up" the Chip's being one of them - ouch. Zero nitrates just didn't cut it.

luke33, I don't worry about too many parameters. I have a calcium reactor set to keep my alk between 9 and 10 dkh. I rarely test calcium or magnesium. My apex keeps the temp between 78 and 79. I have a 180 filled with tons of fish so my nitrates and phosphates are high. I have found it is more about keeping parameters stable and less about what they are (within reason).
