I am finally going to add pods/phyto to my tank just for general stability/diversity.

My question is what is the best media for them to have a safe haven on in the sump?

My concern is actually related to just beating dinos almost 3 months ago and am worried about chaeto/Marinepure bottoming out my nitrates/phosphates again. Any advice on how to proceed forward would be awesome.

The best for ones that like rock is something like reborn calcium media.
