Best mp mode for sps

I have a sps dominant 40b with a single mp40 for flow. Whats the best mode for maximum pe on my sps? I have two bommie islands as my aquascape. They do not touch any side of the tank so its a pretty open scape. Here is a very old pic. No sps on sand and clam is gone.

i use reef crest and nutrient export mode

Reef crest mode for me as well. I will use the nutrient transport mode every week or so as well just to stir things up.

I have two mp10's on a 34 solana and use reef crest at 75%. On days I want to stirr the sand I use NTM to kick up the dust and filter floss.
